History
ZUIKO has specialized in manufacturing production type machines since 1963 and this history is continually marked with a variety of technological innovations.
April 1963 Incorporated as Zuiko Tekko Co., Ltd. at Komatsu-Minami-dori, Higashi-Yodogawa-ku, Osaka city
August 1969 Relocated the main factory to Zuiko 2-chome, Higashi-Yodogawa-ku, Osaka city
April 1972 Developed and introduced new turn-up diaper machines
October 1972 Developed and introduced pulp crushing machines
January 1973 Received an order for one napkin machine from Indonesia, our first export machine
July 1973 Developed and introduced high-speed napkin production machines
April 1978 Commissioned the second factory at Zuiko 2-chome, Higashi-Yodogawa-ku, Osaka city
January 1980 Developed and introduced elastic diaper production machines
December 1980 Received an order for six napkin machines from Tampax, USA
August 1984 Commissioned the third factory at Zuiko 3-chome, Higashi-Yodogawa-ku, Osaka city
October 1984 Developed and introduced adult pant machines
June 1986 Relocated the main factory to the current location and closed the second factory Renamed the company to ZUIKO CO., LTD.
October 1989 Stock listed on new section of Osaka Stock Exchange
December 1994 Commissioned Torikai-Naka factory at Torikai-Naka, Settsu city, Osaka
December 1995 Established a joint venture, Liaoyang ZhongDa Machinery, in China
January 1996 Stock listed on Second Section of Osaka Stock Exchange
March 2003 Established a subsidiary, ZUIKO (Shanghai) Corporation at No.811 Hong De Road, Jia Ding District, Shanghai, People's Republic of China
